From curious to captivated

The whisky journey is a transformative one. From the product that transforms through ageing, to your personal taste and knowledge keeps developing over time. There is always something new to discover.

Dive into the details

We wanted the platform to fully revolve around the idea of ‘From curious to captivated’. That’s why we’ve created an intuitive way to experience the craft and story of whisky making.

Never not crafted

Craft runs through everything The Balvenie does. Every component reflects that, both in form and storytelling.

Four seasons of Speyside

We've carefully designed a component for visitors to experience the surroundings and the seasons of the distillery. Doing so, visitors get to discover the details of The Balvenie before paying a visit.

Storytelling Product Page

Every cask has a different making process and thus a different story to tell. We give The Balvenie complete control on how to build up the story on the product detail page.

Technology we used to build

The Balvenie’s engaging interfaces are crafted with Next.js, powered by Contentful for headless content management, and custom plugins for tailored functionality.
